Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! We had a wonderful, but super busy family filled Thanksgiving break. Since we have a new home, we decided to host Thanksgiving dinner this year. Noni, Granddaddy, and Gigi made the trip from South Carolina to help us celebrate. It was such a nice time with family. The cousins got to play and even got to see Frozen together. They love eachother so much and get so excited when they get to spend time together.
We were so happy that Gigi was able to make the trip and spend some time with us. Gigi and Jackson share a common love.....candy!
Super Noni! She certainly is a superhero in the eyes of this little boy. The day Noni and Granddaddy were arriving Jackson was so excited. Everytime he heard the chime of the door, he would go running screaming "Noni!!" At one point he said, "Mommy, I just can't wait any longer!"
Despite it being the coldest Thanksgiving on record, it didn't stop this little slugger from showing off his batting skills!
Without even planning it, the cousins all matched for their Turkey day outfits. These are the 5 cutest kids I have ever seen!
This is what the men were doing while the women were cleaning up....somehow that doesn't seem quite right....
After the meal, we decided to make some Christmas ornaments. The kids did such a great job with their painting.
Then it was time to make some more ornaments that Noni brought. Here are Mary and Jackson holding up their angel ornaments.
The next day, it was time to make the list for the big man in red. I was so proud of Jackson because he wrote his letter all by himself! Such a big boy!!
I wasn't sure how Beckett was going to do with the tree this year, but he did great! He loved hanging up the ornaments.
Since I am always behind the camera, I made Greg take a picture of me so that the kids knew that I really was there for all our events :)
That Sunday Jackson had his debut singing in the church choir. He practiced his song and sang his little heart out! I was so proud of him!!
We got to church super early so we could get a good seat, but unfortunatley, we didn't realize the piano was going to be right in our view. This was the best I could get of him.
That night our friend's hosted a huge party with the one and only Santa Claus! Jackson couldn't believe that Santa was at his friend Christopher's grandparents house. Beckett wasn't so sure about him at first, but he quickly figured out he was okay.
