Happy Birthday Daddy!!

Happy 38th Birthday Greg! It is hard to believe that we are celebrating his 8th birthday together. I can say one thing for sure, each year gets better and better. This year, I decided to surprise Greg with a dinner out with 20 of our closest friends. After dinner, we then headed to the Ritz Carlton for a child free night and morning. Unfortunately, Greg figured out something was up but it was still a wonderful night!

The next day, after lunch, we headed home to celebrate with the boys. Jackson was so excited to show daddy his cake and to give him his presents.

Helping daddy blow out his candles. I decided to get "trick" candles this year, and Jackson loved him! He thought it was so funny when they kept relighting.

Practice for his big day in just a couple of weeks!

"Helping" daddy open his presents..

Jackson has been asking for a few weeks now when he can go back to the zoo. Well, daddy had he day off and it wasn't too cold, so we headed to the zoo! Beckett has not been back in a long time so it was so fun to actually see him look and recognize the different animals.

My monkey on a gorilla

Of course, he also had to get on the momma gorilla.

Trying to get his brother on...not having it.

Beckett is constantly watching Jackson and mimicking him. It can be very cute or very bad depending on what Jackson is doing :)

Beckett loves animals! The zoo has a petting zoo part and Beckett was in heavan!

It was really cute to watch Jackson help Beckett put his brush on and then teach him how to pet the animals.

My 3 boys :)

We also decided to head to catch air last week. Beckett hasn't been here since he was little either and it was so proud to be able to do the things the big kids were doing.

I just love their facial expressions!

And here comes Beckett.....

My little dancing queen!

Our good friends, the Moffett's, are getting ready to gut and renovate their house. They invited us over for a champagne toast and to let the kids destroy the house before they start domolition. I was a little nervous about taking Beckett because I didn't want to confuse him, but he really didn't seem to get it.

So strong! It is not very often that you get the opportunity to take a sledge hammer to a wall!

He loved it!

Whatever this tool was, it made me really nervous! We quickly hid it!

We also headed back to our old stomping grounds, Atlantic station. It is crazy to think that we used to live there!! Here are the boys riding the train.

They have music playing in boxes near each tree. Jackson kept calling them dancing trees and they would stop and dance around them.
We are gearing up for the next big celebration...Thanksgiving! We can't wait to see Noni, Granddady, and Gigi!!
