Goodbye 2's Class!

What an amazing year we had in the 2's class! I have to admit that I was a little nervous about switching Jackson from First Pres to First United Methodist, but in the end, we could not have been happier about the decision. Jackson had such a wonderful group of children in his class and has made such good friends! He absolutely loved his teachers and it was a little sad to think he wasn't going to have them again next year, but I am sure his teachers next year will be just as good! It is amazing how much Jackson has grown this past year and his curiousity and intelligence never cease to amaze me. To celebrate the end of the year, Jackson had a little performance and picnic.
This is Jackson raising his hand to answer a question. Too cute!
Here they are practicing 1of their songs before the big performance.
They performed all the songs they had been practicing all year in music class. It was really cute to watch Jackson sing and do every move!
After the performance, we celebrated with some blueberry shortcake. Well, let's be honest....whip cream.
After the performance, they had a picnic with bubble, popsicles, dancing, and tricycle races.
 Popsicle!
 On your marks...get set....go!
Not only did Jackson complete another year of preschool, but Beckett turned 5 months! Even more surprising to me is that he is cutting his first two bottom teeth!! He has had a bit of a rough time with it so hopefully they will cut through soon. I have to write down this story, because I never want to forget it. The other day we were driving in the car and Beckett was crying really hard. A few seconds later, Jackson started crying. I looked over at him and asked him why he was crying. He put his hands over his face and said "I just love him so much it makes me sad when he cries." It was the sweetest thing I have ever heard.
Brotherly love!
 Look who found his feet!
Loves grabbing everything and putting it in his mouth!
First swim! Beckett had his first swim with his brother in the baby pool and loved it! I can't wait to take him to the beach!!
My miracle iron man. Every time I look at him and his brother, I cannot believe how blessed I am to be their mommy!!

Sisters in Atlanta!

What a wonderful week! We just finished a wonderful visit with Aunt Rachel, Aunt Sarah, Coraline. Not only did my sisters come to visit, but we ended with the week celebrating Noni's birthday with a trip to Memphis to visit Aunt Glo! This was the first time that Rachel had met Beckett and Coraline and she couldn't have been more excited! She was only ablet to stay the weekend, but it was a wonderful weekend filled with lots of memories! Sarah and Coraline were able to stay a full week since Sarah was on maternity leave! Coraline was a perfect little traveler and fit right in to the groove in Atlanta! I so wish my sisters lived closer and always miss them dearly when they have to leave. The week definately went by too fast and we are already planning our next trip together!! We decided to end the weekend with brunch at the Country Club. It was a beautiful day so we were able to take some photos!!

Jackson loves to climb the wall at the country club!!
For Noni's birthday and mother's day this year, we decided to surprise her by taking her to Memphis to see Glo. Jackson was so excited to help make her birthday cupcakes!

               Could she be any cuter?

Beckett was excited for the party as well!
Happy birthday Noni!
Jackson helping Noni blow out her candles!
Jackson picked out Noni's card all by himself. It was a hamster telling jokes. He wanted to hear it over and over again and thought it was so funny!
He also had to show Granddaddy!
Sweet Coraline snoozing!
I cannot believe my little man is 5 months old already! Where has the time gone!!
Coraline saying goodbye to cousin Beckett. I was so sad to see them leave and can't wait until we are all together again!!
Jackson absolutely loves his cousin! He especially loves to touch her hair!!
Jackson teaching Granddaddy his colors :)
Bye bye Noni! We will miss you and can't wait to visit you at the beach!
I have to say a big thank you to Greg and Granddaddy. Like I stated earlier, Noni and I went to visit Glo for Noni's birthday. Unfortunately, we all couldn't go so Greg and Granddaddy volunteered to take care of the boys while we went. They were troppers to do that so Noni and I could spend some time with Glo. It was a wonderful visit and one I will treasure always. We love you Glo and the next visit, the entire family is coming!!
